3. 3D Prototyping

To further validate the design, a 3D-printed prototype is created. This allows us—and you—to check the cap’s fit with your perfume bottle and spray pump. Any necessary tweaks are made at this stage, as it's easier to revise the design before mold production.

4. Mold Development

Once the prototype is approved, we move forward with making the mold using CNC machining. This process is highly precise and generally takes about 10 days.

5. Sample Production & Finishing

With the mold ready, we produce a set of initial casting samples. This is when you get to hold your real custom cap for the first time. The samples will go through essential finishing processes like polishing and electroplating, transforming them into stunning and durable components.

6. Quality Verification

7. Mass Production
